(Qingdao) as an example, gives an analysis on its current situations of the construction, points out the existing problems in the cost management during the construction of the container yard, namely, the organizational structure of the functioning items goes against the centralization of management of the project cost and the cost control mechanism is missing, and then puts forward solutions for the current situations.
